Before I get into my appointment I need to highlight how accommodating Misa was for me, i recently texted misa about getting highlights ( my first time professionally getting my hair colored ) and sent her my inspo. First she accommodated me so well my original appointment was for my birthday. However I texted her while on vacation and asked if she could possibly squeeze me in a few days earlier, and that she did! Straight from the airport she allowed me to meet her 2 hours earlier than we planned. As soon as I sat in the chair I told her “ I give you full permission to go crazy” which is something I don’t ever allow. We began with the highlights and before we could even tone my hair I could tell I loved it. She also accommodated me so well she allowed me to quickly nap while the product sat. ( one of my favorite parts of the appointment ) not only did she allow me to nap but the entire wash process was so soothing from the massages to the steam treatment, as someone who is very tender headed I could say I didn’t feel a thing, it felt like a well needed spa treatment filled with love. Coming towards the end of my appointment, Misa fixed up my cut, which I appreciated being that it was an at home job and I’m very scared of allowing people to cut freely. But I trusted her. Overall my appointment was a 100/10!! I love my color, which is something I’ve wanted to do for 4 years but didn’t trust just anyone and I must say so myself I feel like I made the right choice!! Thanks again to Misa for being gracious and considerate of me !

From first conversation to getting me in my wedding dress Misa had me covered. Misa was patient, creative, calm and attentive throughout the process. She exceeded every expectation that I had and gifted me the most amazing experience on my special day. I am forever thankful. Thank you Misa.
